HAPPY NEW YEAR  troops and hope you had a good one and a safe one!!!  We're into a new year and there is obviously much going on!!  I know that some of you will be doing the road tripping, so drop me a line and let me know where you are going to be Rychin' out!!!

NOW, back to the last WHISPER, we were looking for Officers for the CWE, so we need to hear from you!!  I want to announce the 2005 Slate of Officers before 2/01/05 , if possible !! PLEASE send me an e-mail if

• You are a present officer and do not wish to serve any longer or in the alternative,
• You are not currently an officer and wish to serve as one.
• Thank you to those who have stepped forward thus far and are willing to serve.  They are:

This is a great start, but the ole Rev needs some more bodies, especially with a tour!!!  So, please think about it and consider serving for 2005.

    Congratulations to the Fozz  , who is heading for college.He is going for his BS  Degree !!!We wish you the vest bro and are proud of you. Hope to catch you on the road.J

III) CWE FAMILY PROGRAM:

Ok, the same is going to get underway with the New Year, so be ready to get your form.  PLEASE fill it out and send back to Brenda Gregory, who is heading this up.  It is a great way to get to know each other better and share with one another.  I appreciate Brenda's work on the project, along with her assistant, Tara McCullough.  TAKE A BOW LADIES!!!  THANK YOU!

IV) CWE 8TH BIRTHDAY BASH/QUEENSRYCHE CELEBRATION:

Ok, we need to start getting some things going on this, since we are in the New Year!!!  We will be 8 big years old on May 15th.  We will probably do the Bash in the summer to accommodate schedules again.   We will be inviting the other empires again too!  So, we need:

• Volunteers to work on the project
• Suggestions for dates

So far, Stan Houk and Tara McCullough have offered to serve on the committee, but we obviously need more of you, so please drop me a line if you will help.

The following groups want to come perform for us.  So far:

• Prophecy (the QR cover band)
• Odin's Court (one of last years bands)
• Images of Eden (possibly)
• Proceed to Oblivion

Now, we need to really get cracking to make this work, so we can turn this up a few notches.  We want to do a club this time, especially with Prophecy coming in from the West Coast.

PLEASE consider serving on the committee, as well as attending the same.  THANK YOU for your consideration and support.
