Yes it’s that simple.

Now, if you want to become a rated member, then you will need to complete a *Collection Profile Form. This form, which we'll simply dub the “C.P.” form, will allow you to tell us facts and information about your collection. This way we can determine what the depth is of your collection and the degree to which you collect. Basically, it will help us to help you by knowing what you have, what you need and, most importantly, what you may be looking for to add to your collection.

As far as the ratings go, this is simply a system to track, target and gauge how serious a collector you may or may not be. You will be rated on a five (5) Tri-Ryche scale. Now keep in mind, this is not about a contest or a competition for a prize, so there are no advantages or disadvantages as to what level you are on with your collection.

The ratings are as follows:

1.) E.P. (Novice) Rating
2.) H.I.T.N.F. Rating
3.) P.L. Rating
4.) RFO Rating
5.) Empire Rating

1.) E.P. Rating:

In this category, you have the following items:
a) All studio releases (CD/Cass/LP);
b) Operation LiveCrime (CD/Cass);
c) Live Evolution (CD); and
d) Any one item out of the HITNF Rating Items.

2.) HITNF Rating:

Obviously, you are stepping into a different strata now, so, in addition to the E.P. Rating Items, you have something in ten (10) of the thirteen (13) following categories:
a) Import CD (or LP)
b) CD Single (or 45rpm)
c) Tour Program
d) QR Clothing
e) Fanclub Merchandise
f) VideoMindcrime
g) Building Empires Video
h) Live Evolution Video or DVD
i) Drumstick
j) Guitar Picks
k) Instore Display
l) Poster
m) Tour Mechandise

3.) P.L. Rating:

Ok, here is where it starts getting weird!! Obviously, you have hurdled the previous two (2) ratings and your collection boasts the following:

A collection in excess of 100 QR collectible items, plus any two (2) of the following:
a) Seattle Event Laminate, or
b) 206 LP (Any one of the 3 categories), or
c) OperationLivecrime Box Set, or
d) QR Press kit from any QR release.

4.) RFO Rating:

Ok, this is where you graduate from being just “weird” to being a sick puppy!!

In this category, you have in excess of 150 QR collectibles, plus, your collection includes the following items:
a) Operation Empire Box Set; and
b) Film Can (American or Canadian)

5.) Empire Rating:

Now, if you are at this point , you are needing a straight jacket and a sedative high at this point! You are certifiable at this point. ?

In this category, you have in excess of 250 QR collectibles, plus your collection includes at least one of the following items:
1.) An LP or 45 RPM Acetate, or
2.) A Lady Wore Black White Label Test Pressing, or
3.) An RIAA Record Award
